The Siya Ke Ram milestone
After doing a number of hit TV Shows, Ashish was given a big break by Nikhil Sinha, the producer of Siya Ke Ram. He was selected for the Shri Ram opposite Madirakshi Mundle(Siya) role. Devdutt Pattnaik instilled his ideas of the Valmiki Ramayana into the screenwriting of the show. This version of the Ramayana was portrayed according to Sita’s perspective which was well-curated. Later the show became a big hit and bagged high TRPs. As a result, Ashish was highly appreciated for his screenplay in the series.
Karan Suchak who played the role of Lakshmann became good friends with Ashish during the show. They both took their training of Horse-Riding together. The show was shot in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Uttarakhand, and some parts of Kashmir.
