David Laid (born January 29, 1994) is an Estonian-born American bodybuilder, fitness model, and internet personality. He is widely known on YouTube for his transformation videos and workout videos.
At the age of 14, David Laid began his journey toward transforming his body for the better. Having lost his father when he was just two years old, David had to grow up having no father by his side. He was frequently mocked by students at his school for the appearance of his body. He was nicknamed “chicken legs” at that time by the school’s hockey coach and teammates because of his skinny body. At that time, Laid weighed 98 pounds and was 5’7″ tall. The bullying that he suffered later in life led to a lack of self-confidence in him.

Transformation Journey
To combat the bullying that he had experienced from his classmates and friends, David Laid decided to transform his physical appearance and gain back his confidence, which was severely lacking due to the bullying that he had experienced. Having started to exercise at the age of fourteen, he has been working out ever since. Despite this, things went downhill after David was diagnosed with scoliosis, which only made matters worse. Following that, doctors recommended that he start weight training.
To make up for his skinny frame, David set out to bulk up his muscles as much as he could. This helped him overcome some of the personal confidence issues that had previously taken over his life in a way that he was not able to do without them anymore. It did not take David long to gain significant lean muscle mass as a result of his training.
David has been growing rapidly in the social media world, ever since the earliest days of his career as a fitness enthusiast. He has a self-titled youtube channel where he constantly shares a video of his body transformation online on his channel. He possesses many traits that make him an inspiration to many people all over the world as a result of this.
